Overview

A joint production by anime retailer Image Anime and Digital Era Entertainment which was released via Youtube and prominently featured on the Image Anime website’s front page during its initial run. “Doujinopolis” told an original story featuring popular anime characters interacting in the real world and promoted products available at the store…which, in turn, supported the American wing of the Anime industry and kept everyone happy!

Season 1 was filmed and released between Fall 2009 and Spring 2010, and premiered the pilot episode during the Variety Show at the 2009 New York Anime Festival by ReedPop. You can catch it online both here on the DEE website and DEE’s Youtube Page.
